As you are aware the ADA board recently renewed our ORS Nasco wholesale agreement for the next three years. One of the new elements to our agreement was creating a new tiered system for our customer care organization that will better align ORS Nasco resources with the ADA membership. Beginning November 1st, ADA members will have access to a dedicated queue, which will be comprised of ORS Nasco's best customer care advocates with the highest level of welding knowledge. This special queue will allow ADA members direct access to the resources that have the knowledge and commitment needed to help ADA members grow their business.
